Remote Formulary Consultant

Job Summary

To support clients in the growing Formulary Management Services segment, the full-time Remote Formulary Consultant will deliver consultations and presentations focused on formulary strategies, utilizing clinical and business knowledge to maximize pharmaceutical rebate revenues while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver value to clients through consultations and presentations that focus on formulary strategies to achieve clinical and financial goals
• Apply clinical and business knowledge to execute financial models, evaluate client formularies, and analyze client utilization and spending reports
• Develop and present clear, concise client-facing materials while managing deliverables and expectations with internal and external partners

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client management or client-facing roles, formulary operations, or clinical operations
• Experience with pharmacy plan design, pharma manufacturer discounts contracting, or health plan/PBM financial modeling
• Ability to access and utilize various databases, including pricing and claims databases
• Strong understanding of client contracts and formulary management strategies
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
