Job Summary

A pharmacy benefit management company has a current position open for a Remote Formulary Management Pharmacist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage formularies and criteria
  • Monitor for new drugs on the weekly drug file
  • Ensure quality of the formulary by performing regular reviews

Qualifications Include:

  • 2 years of pharmacy experience in retail, mail order, health plan, PBM or similar as a pharmacist
  • Knowledge of prescription drugs, disease states, therapy classes, health plan formulary management
  • Project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly learn various computer systems and software
  • RPH - Registered Pharmacist and Bachelors in Pharmacy
