An education company has an open position for a Remote Founding Student Services Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing creation and implementation of student onboarding and orientation plans
- Creating and implementing identification and intervention plans for non-engaged students
- Creating and delivering professional development for staff on student onboarding
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Education or Social Services
- 5+ years of experience in the K-12 educational setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and exhibit sound judgment
- Demonstrates a reliable, dependable, and trustworthy work ethic
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional client situations
