Job Summary

A lighting and smart home solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote FP and A Leader in Cleveland.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversight and responsibility for business planning
  • Improving efficiency and effectiveness of finance activities
  • Strategic partnering to CEO and CFO on the coordination of all analysis

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • 5 years’ experience leading a team of finance resources
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to strategically explain the business and translate financial projections into operational actions
