Job Summary

A financial company has a current position open for a Remote Franchise Lending Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing Franchise Lending product line life cycle from strategic planning to implementation
• Ensuring development of the team including Franchise Lending specific skills such as understanding of key concepts
• Leading and coaching team through effective communication, objective setting, and delegation

Qualifications Include:

• Typically 12+ years with bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Prior Government Lending Program experience
• 10+ years of experience in Franchise Lending or Consulting
