Job Summary
A fast-food corporation is seeking a Remote Franchise Operations Leader.
Must be able to:
- Support and coach identified restaurant teams on Brand systems
- Support Small Size Franchise Organizations
- Execute ops planning and preparation for New Store and Express Grand Opening support
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated mastery of BOH Systems
- rience working with a franchisor working with franchise operators
- Detailed understanding of restaurant P&L statements and reports that support financial success
- Strong communication skills and excellent problem solver
- Ability to handle and resolve conflict effectively
- Ability to influence and inspire at all levels including Franchise owners
