Job Summary

A company is looking for a High Volume Call Center Specialist for a remote call center position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to account inquiries and provide standard responses to fraud detection alerts
  • Assist in completing lost stolen reports and building credit card replacement orders
  • Acquire knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous work experience in a fraud-related field preferred
