A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Fraud Client Services Center Lead Specialist.

  • Setting up passcodes on profiles for clients when needed

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years in customer service, branch, call center, risk analysis, and/or bank operations
  • Ability to meet production goals
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
