Job Summary

A credit union is filling a position for a Remote Fraud Disputes Case Management Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Perform chargeback/dispute resolution processing and handle dispute inquiries
  • Review, research and initiate the resolution of dispute inquiries from cardholders, credit unions, merchants and internal departments

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One (1) year customer service experience
  • Ability to explain confusing and complicated topics in a clear and concise manner
