A financial technology and services company is in need of a Remote Fraud Investigations Operations Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading a team of investigators conducting reviews of possible suspicious activity
- Designing and implementing investigation workflows to deliver operational excellence
- Developing, updating and maintaining investigation processes

- 2+ years experience leading others and teams
- Experience within the Financial Services industry
- Ability to proactively identify problems and come up with solutions
- In-depth knowledge of various fraud types
