Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Fraud Operations Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Complete governmental reports such as SAR
• Train branch staff on security procedures and policies
• Develop and maintain Policy and Procedure Manuals

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to use various software applications
• Bachelor's and 2+ years of loss prevention, fraud, regulatory compliance and fraud prevention
• Knowledge and experience with root cause analysis
• Ability to analyze diverse information and develop strategy recommendations
• Must have good customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to meet strict deadlines
