Job Summary

A cloud communications platform as a service company is in need of a Remote Fraud Prevention Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Protecting customers and consumers through ongoing identification of bad actors
  • Identifying trends, root cause gaps and recommending appropriate preventative solutions
  • Using a variety of internal and external tools to Investigate cases assigned

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology discipline or equivalent job experience
  • 2+ years of experience working cases in the compliance, fraud or abuse space
  • You have basic technical skills including basic SQL and an understanding of APIs and data analytics
  • You’re empathetic and love working with customers to solve their problems, backed with data
  • You are detail-oriented with great organizational skills and comfort with ambiguity
  • You have above average written and verbal communication skills
