Job Summary
A cloud communications platform as a service company is in need of a Remote Fraud Prevention Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Protecting customers and consumers through ongoing identification of bad actors
- Identifying trends, root cause gaps and recommending appropriate preventative solutions
- Using a variety of internal and external tools to Investigate cases assigned
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology discipline or equivalent job experience
- 2+ years of experience working cases in the compliance, fraud or abuse space
- You have basic technical skills including basic SQL and an understanding of APIs and data analytics
- You’re empathetic and love working with customers to solve their problems, backed with data
- You are detail-oriented with great organizational skills and comfort with ambiguity
- You have above average written and verbal communication skills
