A bank has an open position for a Remote Fraud Quality Assurance Senior Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Administering complex procedures, analysis, tasks and reporting
• Reviewing and ensuring proper documentation or procedures are used for complex activities
• Identifying and resolving Complex issues that do not have established guidelines

Position Requirements Include:

• Typically has 3+ years of experience with a strong knowledge of the business
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Works well with others in a fully developed work team environment
• Open minded and adaptable to new ideas in a changing environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
