Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Experience in data analysis and conducting investigations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work on-call during non-standard hours and weekends
  • Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
