- Receive and process inbound fraud-related calls, investigating and evaluating issues
- Monitor systems for potential fraudulent behavior and provide customer support through calls
- Track cases and enter data into systems to ensure accurate record-keeping
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Experience in data analysis and conducting investigations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work on-call during non-standard hours and weekends
- Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
