Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising
• 10+ years of experience leading creative teams and conceptual work
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing traditional and conceptual work
• Strong understanding of the digital landscape and online campaigns
• 2+ years of experience overseeing and supporting creative teams
