Job Summary

A staffing firm has a current position open for a Remote Freight Brokerage Branch Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Creating profitable growth revenue with our client’s current accounts
• Managing all aspects of the sales functions
• Establishing and managing carrier relations and development activities

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5+ years of Freight Brokerage sales and operations leadership (Hire, Train, Coach, Mentor, Team Building)
• Experience managing P&L.
• Strong negotiation and margin integrity ability
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Suite: Power Point, Word, Excel)
• Able to develop and execute business plan strategies
• Strong customer sales ability and management of carrier procurement and customer management KPI’s
