Job Summary
A transportation technology and freight matching solutions company is seeking a Remote Freight Carrier Software as a Service New Logo Sales Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Hiring, developing, training and retaining a highly motivated new logo acquisition sales team
- Developing and driving performance of 2 front line leaders as well as 26 account executives
- Motivating and managing the sales team to achieve and surpass quota
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Seven or more years in a fast paced, complex sales and/or sales operations management role
- Experience in building sales team(s) that consistently meet or achieved objectives
- Experience with Salesforce, sales best practices, and other sales tools
- Experience at structuring, interpreting, and presenting analysis and go-forward strategy
- Solid understanding of B2B and SaaS sales, as well as business fundamentals
