Remote Freight Management Verification Specialist

Job Summary

A transportation technology and freight matching solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Freight Management Verification Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Verify that all required original paperwork and receipts have been received
• Contact the Brokers/Shippers by telephone to confirm truckload rates
• Confirm with the Brokers/Shippers that there are no advances, claims or issues against payment

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Expert knowledge of team members roles and responsibilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and use of office equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to accurately enter data with a strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
