Job Summary

A transportation technology and freight matching solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Freight Management Verification Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Verify that all required original paperwork and receipts have been received
Contact the Brokers/Shippers by telephone to confirm truckload rates
Confirm with the Brokers/Shippers that there are no advances, claims or issues against payment

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

High school diploma or equivalent
Expert knowledge of team members roles and responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and use of office equipment
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to accurately enter data with a strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
