Job Summary
A solar distributor, financier, and technology platform is seeking a Remote Freight Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Enhancing product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans
- Creating and reviewing procedures for distribution and inventory management
- Negotiating and maintaining vendor agreements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proficiency in computer databases, statistic applications and logistics programs
- 5 years of experience in the logistics industry or related industry
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, relational databases and ERP systems
- Computer skills with MS Office software with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
