Job Summary

A pet medical insurance company is in need of a Remote French Bilingual Claims Adjudication Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing medical records to make claim outcome decisions against received invoice(s)
• Entering data from medical records to the database
• Achieving and maintaining a high level of claim accuracy and productivity

Qualifications Include:

• At least one year of experience providing customer service over the phone
• Three-plus years working in a clinical environment
• Five or more years in a clinic environment and/or licensed technician credentials is highly desired
• Can contact members regarding claim assessment and status (phone/email) as applicable
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and PC
