A travel software development company is in need of a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing user-related tasks and interact directly with customers
  • Delivering excellent customer support via phone, email, social media channels, and live chat
  • Working one-on-one with customers

Required Skills:

  • Availability to visit company's HQ for two events per year
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and French with excellent communication skills, verbal and written in both languages
