A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Team Manager.
Must be able to:
- Grow, train, and evaluate the English-speaking Support Team
- Build a French-speaking support team sourced out of Senegal
- Create and perpetuate a Support Team culture centered on empathy
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to attend a 5-day retreat quarterly
- High-level of proficiency in both English and French
- Experience leading and scaling customer service teams
- Feed off interacting with people and getting the best out of them
- Enjoy looking at data to both track trends and develop your team
