  • Build a French-speaking support team sourced out of Senegal
  • Create and perpetuate a Support Team culture centered on empathy

  • Ability to attend a 5-day retreat quarterly
  • High-level of proficiency in both English and French
  • Experience leading and scaling customer service teams
  • Feed off interacting with people and getting the best out of them
  • Enjoy looking at data to both track trends and develop your team
