Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the part-time hourly Remote French Bilingual Representative will handle inquiries, maximize sales opportunities, and maintain customer records while supporting a variety of well-known brands.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and accurately
• Maximize sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
• Document customer interactions and maintain updated records

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Canadian French (written and verbal)
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
• High school diploma required; college education preferred
• Experience supporting consumer products and/or services
• Positive and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
