Job Summary
A pet insurance provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote French Bilingual Veterinary Technician and Assistant Claims Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing medical records to make claim outcome decisions against received invoice(s) as aligned with the Company policy
- Contacting members regarding claim assessment and status (phone/email) as applicable
- Responding to calls/emails from veterinary clinics/members/Company employees/Territory Partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bilingual in French and English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Extensive understanding of veterinary medical terminology and medical conditions
- Minimum of three years working in a clinic environment
- One or more years of experience providing customer service over the phone
- Demonstrated possession of strong problem-solving skills
