Remote French Interpreter

Job Summary

To support the OnDemand service, the Remote French Contract Interpreter will provide consecutive interpretation, adhere to client protocols, and maintain confidentiality while working on a contracted basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide consecutive, first-person interpretation for various clients
• Follow interpreter protocols and procedures as required by clients
• Continuously improve vocabulary and specialized knowledge in relevant fields

Required qualifications:

• Updated resume in English submitted at the time of application
• Completion of English Language Proficiency with a rating of 3 or higher on the ILR scale
• Successful completion of a mock oral interpretation session with a passing score
• Passing score on Propio's online Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Physiology Assessment
• Full background check and security screen, along with a signed commitment to confidentiality and ethics
