Job Summary

Delivering a warm, professional hotel check-in experience over live video, the full-time Remote Front Desk Agent will navigate hotel PMS systems, verify guest identities, and represent the hotel brand while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Check guests in over video, verifying ID and confirming stay details
• Navigate hotel PMS systems to locate reservations and execute standard check-in steps
• Communicate in a polished, warm tone while addressing guest inquiries and concerns

Required qualifications

• 1-3+ years in hospitality or comparable customer-facing support roles
• Hands-on familiarity with hotel PMS platforms, with Opera Cloud experience preferred
• Experience handling guest check-ins and reservation workflows
• Strong verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanor on camera
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently in a structured environment
