Key responsibilities

  • Navigate hotel PMS systems to locate reservations and execute standard check-in steps

Required qualifications
  • 1-3+ years in hospitality or comparable customer-facing support roles
  • Hands-on familiarity with hotel PMS platforms, with Opera Cloud experience preferred
  • Experience handling guest check-ins and reservation workflows
  • Strong verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanor on camera
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work independently in a structured environment
