Job Summary

Delivering a warm and professional hotel check-in experience over live video, the full-time Remote Front Desk Agent will utilize hotel PMS systems to manage guest check-ins, verify IDs, and follow property-specific workflows while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Check guests in over video, verifying ID and confirming stay details using property-specific workflows
  • Navigate hotel PMS systems to locate reservations, validate guest identity, and execute standard check-in steps
  • Represent the hotel brand by communicating in a polished, warm, and professional tone while addressing guest inquiries
Required qualifications
  • 1-3+ years in hospitality roles such as front desk, guest services, or reservations
  • Hands-on familiarity with hotel PMS platforms; experience with Opera Cloud, Cloudbeds, or SkyTouch preferred
  • Experience handling guest check-ins and reservation-lookup workflows
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with a calm and professional demeanor on camera
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently in a structured environment
