Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Self Motivation to:
Build new PWA applications on Angular and Angular Material with GraphQL API backend.
Develop with clean, production quality, and well documented code.
Apply your deep understanding of box model; cascade, specificity, inheritance; float & clear; flexbox; grid; CSS3; Less or SASS; Grunt; cross browser compatibility; DOM manipulation; Browser Rendering Flow; Chrome Development Tools; xDebug; DOM vs HTML.
Architect, review, and communicate plans for solutions and quality assurance, along with reviewing implemented solutions for quality to provide feedback for improvement.
Test, debug and investigate code and integrations to identify, understand, communicate, and fix interference with desired functionality.
Develop and deliver definitive metrics to show improvements for solutions.
Debug own development environment: LAMP stack, Integrated Development Environment, Debugger, and Minor in Google.
Create production quality code without oversight.
Follow existing techniques and procedures when they exist, or be able to discover and document the right way when none exists.
Be a specialist who utilizes other specialists in a team to create timely results.
Break down stories and large tasks into small, attainable goals and deliverables while meeting project requirements.
Organize and track details to release software and configuration changes through staged environment to production with consistent expected results.
Develop and document software development processes, how-to's, and troubleshooting references for both self and others.
Closely collaborate with PMs and/or clients to identify and clarify business requirements with customer care to identify issues reported in production.
Identify, manage and solve all possible issues and risks that can arise.
Manage and solve client requests, updating existing software based on the client's changing needs.
Preferred Education, Technical Skills, and Experience
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
3+ yrs advanced CSS/HTML experience.
3+ yrs OOP JavaScript experience with single page PWA development.
Proficiency in Node JS, React and Bootstrap (flexbox, less, autoprefixer)
Angular is nice to have but not required.
Attention to detail with exceptional organizational capabilities and problem solving skills.
Understanding of SEO techniques, and how to implement them throughout the development process.
Understanding of GIT and the Standard GIT Flow.
Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
JIRA, Basecamp, and Google Docs experience.
Include example link to quality architected CSS and OOP JavaScript work in your cover letter.
Complete an aptitude exercise, and coding challenge later during later stages of the interviewing process.
