Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Front End Level 2 Pharmacy Technician.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Entering new prescriptions for patients
  • Processing prescription exceptions
  • Contacting physician offices and patients

Qualifications Include:

  • High School diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
  • 1 year of work experience in a healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM and/or call center setting
  • Current Pharmacy Technician License/Registration without restrictions in good standing with State Board of Pharmacy
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
  • Basic knowledge of and skills using MS Windows, MS Office Suite and/or similar operating/software programs
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
