Job Summary

A social media company has an open position for a Remote Front End Senior Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working on all levels of the web stack
  • Building, optimizing, and maintaining an easy-to-use, powerful web application using React and Redux
  • Working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or similar technical field
  • 5+ years experience in developing full stack services of large scale
  • Broad knowledge of the JavaScript ecosystem
  • Solid understanding of the full web technology stack (JavaScript/React/Redux, Python/Django, HTML/CSS, Postgres)
  • Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, design patterns, etc.
