Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company is in need of a Remote Front End Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Closely with a team of product managers, UX designers, and back-end engineers to build core investment functionality
  • Scale the architecture of our front-end by building out our component library
  • Use React and TypeScript while building super-refined, elegant user interfaces

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of experience building core functionality in a widely-used application from scratch with HTML5 / CSS3, JavaScript and Typescript
  • 2+ years experience developing UIs using modern frameworks for modern browsers, such as React.js
  • Understanding of SOA, microservices, and event-driven architecture
  • Experience in developing projects with Server Side Rendering
  • Strong knowledge of TDD, Unit, and automated tests paradigms
  • Experience with containerized applications, Docker, and Kubernetes is appreciated
