Job Summary

A food and agriculture consulting company has an open position for a Remote Front End Software Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the Experience Team, UI and UX focused engineering team
  • Design and build out a delightful and efficient customer experience.
  • Work closely with the UX team on what the UX should be

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of management experience with a front-end team
  • Have built out UI components and web applications
  • Have used specific UI technologies, e.g. TypeScript, React, Next.js, Cypress, etc
  • Worked with other engineering leads, PMs, and UX Designers to understand end-to-end user experience
  • comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and taking risks
  • Deep experience in front-end languages
