Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Front Line Small Commercial Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage performance improvement issues swiftly and appropriately.
- Provide coaching and holding team members accountable for performance while managing attendance
- Be responsible for leading the team with ambiguity through change as well as the adoption of new initiatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience
- Minimum of two years coaching and mentoring experience
- 3-5 years managerial experience preferred
- Ability to successfully manage in a structured environment
- Good business acumen and professional demeanor
- Readily able to adapt and lead others through change
