A financial services and technology company has a current position open for a Remote Frontend Platform Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building, leading, and growing successful engineering teams alongside shown commitment to recruiting great talent
- Setting direction for engineering team strategy, sharing context by elaborating the “why”
- Guiding teams to build and deliver high quality products at scale against tight timelines while encouraging creativity
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role, ideally on a platform team focused on building tools
- Familiarity with modern frontend toolchains (eg. Babel, Webpack, TypeScript, Jest) and development workflows
- A proven track record of building cultures that encourage ambition and foster empathy
