Remote Frosch Leisure Concierge

Job Summary

A global financial services and asset management company has an open position for a Remote Frosch Leisure Concierge.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting general research, building itineraries in Pocket Travel Consultant (Axus), and maintaining databases
• Assisting Leisure Travel Advisors with creating, managing, and completing travel arrangements for varying clientele
• Working with Leisure Travel Advisors to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• At least 1 year of experience in the Leisure Travel industry with proficiency in using systems and tools
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
• Knowledge of best practices within the travel industry
• Exceptional communication and mathematical skills, meticulous attention to detail
