Job Summary
A multinational internet retailer is in need of a Remote Fulfillment Defect Prevention and Reimbursements Principal Technical Product Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define long term product roadmaps in Supply Chain Defects and Reimbursements space
- Bring transformative improvements in the Seller experience
- Reduce customer returns
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BS or BA in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics
- 8+ years of product/program management experience, delivering on large scale and cross-functional programs
- 5+ years of experience in defining projects, collecting requirements, and designing process solutions
- Experience analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection
- Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions
- Ability to understand, troubleshoot and describe complex technical processes and issues
