Job Summary
A financial technology company has a current position open for a Remote Fulfillment Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing combined customer deliverables from all elements of the supply chain
- Optimizing revenue attainment / linearity within and to agreed revenue outlooks
- Ensuring any revenue at risk due to supply issues are escalated
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Order Management, Customer Support and interaction
- MS Office, Use of Systems, General knowledge of Customer Support processes
