Job Summary
A software company specializing in solutions for the retail industry is in need of a Remote Fulfillment Network Key Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage merchan't account and amplify their experience
- Help to build strong relationships with merchants and their teams
- Coach merchants to grow their business by partnering with them on goal development, and provide tailored and structured recommendations to achieve those goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in a senior operations-type role within a consumer goods or e-commerce brand
- Experience in various fulfillment functions (i.e. allocation, order fulfillment, returns processing, inventory management, etc)
- Experience with packing slips, label printing, bin locations, and pallets
- Demonstrated understanding of e-commerce best practices and the e-commmerce ecosystem
- Demonstrated data driven approach to managing operations performance
- Ability to identify areas for improvement, including opportunities for product adoption and implementing new company features
