A company developing the highest quality full-course curricula needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Fulfillment Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinate with field specialists to collect information to complete, cancel or adjust orders
- Coordinate with fulfillment vendors to ensure accuracy of order
- Follow up on customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner
Position Requirements Include:
- Familiarity with sales and service processes, customer billing, AR and vendor interactions
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing support role
- Incomparable people skills with ability to handle difficult situations with poise
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize appropriately in a fast paced environment
