Job Summary
An internet and e-commerce company has an open position for a Remote Fulfillment Platform Senior Engineering Manager in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build for the customer, define the product roadmap and help prioritize work
- Provide hands-on technical management, guidance, and support
- Participate in interviewing, hiring decisions, on-boarding, and mentoring of new engineers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of Senior/Staff Software Engineers
- Experience with full-stack development and Cloud Infrastructure
- Strong analytical skills and an even stronger sense of ownership
- The ability to balance business needs, a sense of urgency
- An inspirational and effective leader in a fast-paced environment with the ability to be highly adaptive
