Remote Fulfillment Purchasing Analyst

Job Summary

A payment technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Fulfillment Purchasing Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders, plus maintain purchasing records
• Train business owners on procurement policy and how to use procurement system
• Match invoices to purchase orders in the Invoice Management system

Qualifications Include:

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years in a purchasing role, and/or experience in supporting Supply Chain Operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to work independently and be highly organized for efficiency
• Ability to adapt to change will be key
