Job Summary
A retail pet care e-commerce company has a current position open for a Remote Fulfillment Supply Chain Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting domestic and international sales order entry/creation, changes/modification, logging and updates
- Providing daily coordination with the warehouse and logistics team
- Coordinating with Marketing / Sales, 3PL Distribution, Demand Planning on allocation of inventory
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, no mandatory discipline
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to tailor a message for the recipient
- Good organizational skills, ability and willingness to help solve complex supply scenarios
- Ability to schedule, plan and lead weekly meetings to keep internal stakeholders aligned
- Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Netsuite ERP experience a plus
- Ability to work within a team, cross training and backing up team members on work outside of the defined role
