Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure staffing coverage of human resource needs
- Developing and implementing, under general supervision, recruiting and sourcing strategies and processes
- Recommending qualified candidates to hiring managers and HR Generalists
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in human resources or related field or comparable combination of education and experience
- 2+ years staffing or recruiting experience
- Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, salaries and commissions
