Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end recruiting process, the full-time Remote Full-Cycle Recruiter will drive talent acquisition for a diverse range of exempt and non-exempt roles while collaborating closely with hiring managers to enhance the company's employer brand and improve hiring processes.
Key responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for various functions, including Calibration, Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, and HR
- Lead proactive sourcing efforts through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and social media
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective interview processes
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or in-house setting
- Experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles
- Proven sourcing skills with the ability to build a pipeline from scratch
- Proficiency with an ATS such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
