Job Summary
A communications and technology company is in need of a Remote Full Life Cycle Contract Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage full life cycle high volume recruitment processes
- Create a best in class candidate experience
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research
Qualifications for this position include:
- Solid hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- 4+ years of hands on recruitment experience in dynamic, fast paced environment
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems required
- In-depth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools required
