Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Full Service Credit Card Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and resolving application and service issues
- Researching customer problems/issues to increase personal knowledge and familiarity with the supported product
- Keeping current on most recent changes and/or upgrades
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
- Must have experience with First Data Omaha Credit platform
- 6 years in a client relationship role within the financial service industry
- Must be able to work on-call, holidays, weekends, or extended hours as business needs dictate
