An insurance technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Full Stack Backend Senior Software Engineer in Chicago.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving technical decisions on a multi-functional, Agile team
  • Developing applications using modern web technologies and tools
  • Deploying code to Google Cloud with a fully built-out DevOps pipeline

Position Requirements Include:

  • 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, designing applications and/or service-based systems
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to comfortably articulate your thoughts and decisions
  • Significant experience in Microservices / Distributed Systems, Relational Database, DevOps Data Engineering or Web Framework
  • A desire to be involved in all aspects of the product life-cycle, from discovery through deployment
