Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Full Stack Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide hands-on development for new features and capabilities
• Mentor and guide a development team, ensuring quality through technical leadership and code reviews
• Architect scalable solutions aligned with business goals, security standards, and performance benchmarks

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, business, or information systems, or related field
• At least ten (10) years of software development experience, including three (3) years with specified technologies
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements
