The Opportunity:

Let's build the world's #1 system for self-improvement. In this Full Stack Engineering role, you'll work with freedom and responsibility in delivering software at a high velocity and improving the GrowthDay platform every single day.

What You Will Do In This Role:

You'll be the overall technical lead for multiple features/projects within the web application
Architect efficient and reusable full-stack solutions that solve complex business challenges.
Work end-to-end with the product team to build features that are best in class user experiences
Develop and Implement highly scalable user interface components using react concepts.
Review Requirements and UI Design adding insight at the planning stage
Work with the UI and Back End teams to align on information architecture
Conduct code reviews approve pull requests and ensure good code quality overall
Work with the QA team to create test cases that ensure the migration of working error-free code
Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
Work with the marketing team and data analytics teams to implement tagging strategies for marketing campaigns.
Iterate on best practices to increase the quality & velocity of deployments
Sustain and improve the process of knowledge sharing throughout the engineering team

You Are What We Are Looking For If:

You have 7+ years of Full-Stack Web experience
2+ years experience leading small teams across multiple projects
Strong understanding of the SDLC and Scrum/Agile processes
Production level experience using React with TypeScript
Experience building best in class responsive web applications across multiple screen sizes
Experience working with design systems and/or Storybook
Expert level front-end optimization skills including experience with CDNs, caching and video.
Expert level experience with Git version control
Production experience with test driven development libraries and frameworks
Proven track record of developing customer-centric, product-focused, marketing orientated insights from rich and complex data sets.
You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
