Job Summary

A provider of strategic consulting services is filling a position for a Full Stack Java Developer in Troy.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Partner with Product Owners on a day to day basis to achieve successful delivery of business goals
  • Perform a hands-on software development role
  • Perform root cause analysis, efficient production support and maintenance

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience in building resilient and high-performance customer facing web apps
  • Experience using Java and J2EE frameworks: JEE Design Patterns, Algorithms and Optimizations, Object-Oriented design
  • Experience with Microservices and event driven architecture
  • Experience with Spring Framework, JMS, SOAP and REST web services
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in agile software delivery practices and DevOps
  • 3+ year of hands-on development experience in building Single Page Applications (SPA)
